A. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No Call No show Policy:
Credit Card on file will be charged the full amount of the booked appointments if:
* Cancellation and rescheduling is less than 48 hours before your appointment.
* Cancellation or rescheduling for extensive appointments (appointments duration exceed 90 minutes) is less than 7 days before your appointment.
* No call no show.
B. Running Late Policy:
We appreciate being notified ASAP If you are running 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointments time.
Clients that are on time are priority.
* If you are late 15 minutes, your scheduled appointment will be canceled and the credit card on file will be charged the amount of the service after 15 minutes
